The design of this logo took some time for me to decide but once I had it all down and started working on it on illustrator it was very easy and fun. I enjoyed the time that i took making this logo, even though it wasn't very long. I think it is one if the best things I've made this semester and I am really proud of myself for it.

I started this piece with a meme in mind. This was my idea of a meme. I do not even like Kanye West, I think he is a little too cocky, but he certainly is a meme. Kanye West has a way of always being in the spotlight and staying relevant and lately he has been dropping hints that he is running for president in the 2020 election in songs and interviews. I think if Kanye became president of the US it would be a bad time but probably not the worst this country has seen. I used only paper, pencils and pens for this project and it honestly took some time to finish, but that wasn't because it was hard but because I stopped working on it for a long time. I took a long time on this project and I'm so happy that it looks decent from a distance.

I had a very interesting time trying to come up with something that would represent unity the way I wanted it to. I got the idea of the "rose red doors" from a song by a pop punk band that I like. The name of the song is December from their latest album called Life's Not Out To Get You and the band is called Neck Deep. I think this poster is straightforward and simple and just gets the message across. I liked the colors I used and it's a good poster considering it was the first time I had to use Adobe Illustrator for something.

Being the final project for graphic design this project was obviously more complicated than the others. We had to use all the knowledge we got from being in this class throughout the semester. We had to include our layout and typography project as well as color. I picked something that I was passionate about and just did it. I had a very simple plan when I started this project and just kept adding on to it, I eventually had a theme for the piece. You see this kind of pictures all over social media but I, of course, wanted it to be different. I wanted my piece to give off sophistication and elegance and not just look like something someone out there threw together to get likes. I did as much research as I could to be precise and I honestly think I achieved all my goals. I am extremely satisfied by this project and I am happy with myself for it.
